Teresa McGuire Holland

Teresa McGuire Holland, 65 of Villa Rica, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. She was born on September 19, 1958, the daughter of the late Frankie Hennon and the late Julia Mae Woodall.

Teresa loved her family, especially her great-nieces. Her hobbies included playing board games like Yahtzee and cooking on the grill.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph “Tuey” Holland; daughters, Sharron Holland and Judy Lynn Holland; sister, Joan Evans.

She is survived by her sons, Douglas Edward Holland of Villa Rica, and Russell (Kimberly) Norton of Bremen; sisters, Wanda McCarty of Douglasville, Emily Carrillo, Diane Sosa, and Marcell McGuire all of Villa Rica; sister, Brenda Harrison of Villa Rica; special great-nieces, Randy Grace Cox and Blakeley Rose Cox all of Villa Rica.

The family will receive friends on Friday, March 8, 2024 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Villa Rica Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 1:00 PM from Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Villa Rica Chapel. Interment will follow at Powell Chapel Cemetery.
