Mrs. Teresa Diane Lunsford McLeod, age 56, of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Saturday, January 5, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 20, 1956 in Dekalb County, Georgia the daughter of the late Mr. Clifton Claude Lunsford and the late Mrs. Faye Lloyd Lunsford. She owned and operated the Hometown Café which changed names to the Fiftyâs Diner. She later worked as a secretary for Standard Concrete. She was a member of Life of Restoration Ministries. She was devoted to her family and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Brandon Shay Abercrombie; and brother, William âBillâ Lunsford. She is survived by her husband, William Daniel âDanâ McLeod, Jr. of Villa Rica; daughter, Tambra Phillips of Villa Rica; son and daughter-in-law, Shawn and Tommie Ann Abercrombie of Newnan; sister, Pamela McSpadden of Temple; four grandchildren, Tia Abercrombie, Thomas Abercrombie, Little Shawn Abercrombie, and Payton Mayfield; several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Monday, January 7, 2013 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Pastor Meon Bennett and Rev. Joe Condra officiating.
