Terri Lynn Weaver

Terri Lynn Weaver, beloved wife, devoted mother, cherished daughter, sister-in-law, and treasured friend, passed away on October 11, 2023. Born in Atlanta, Georgia on April 6, 1959 to the late Johnny Thompson and Joyce Coggins.

Terri's love for the outdoors was evident in everything she did.  Terri's adventurous spirit and zest for life left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her. Terri was a devoted wife to Tommy Weaver of Tallapoosa, Georgia. Their bond was built on a foundation of trust and companionship that withstood the test of time. Together they faced life's joys and sorrows side by side—a testament to their unwavering commitment to one another. She was a beloved grandmother to her two grandchildren, Landon and Ariana Manus, whom she treasured dearly. Terri was a devoted Christian. She trusted her Lord and Savior above all else. Terri also loved her fur babies. 

In addition to her father, Terri is preceded in death by her brother, Michael Coney.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Tommy Weaver of Tallapoosa; daughters, Angie Kilgore of Tallapoosa and Selena and Josh Revis of Georgia; son, Sam Kilgore of Alabama; mother, Joyce Coggins of Douglasville; brother-in-law, Leon and Ann Weaver of Washington County, Georgia; brother-in-law, Larry and Sharon Weaver of Dallas, Georgia; sister-in-law, Holly and Scott Lanier of Jamestown,Tennessee; sister, Lauri Shennan of Powder Springs; brother, Leslie Brooks of Douglasville; grandchildren, Landon and Andrew Manus. 

The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Villa Rica Chapel. The funeral will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Victory Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Victory Baptist Church Cemetery. Michael Lanier, Matthew Lanier, Jimmy Folsom, Leslie Brooks, Tommy Weaver, Sam Kilgore, and Travis Taylor will be serving as pallbearers.
