Terry Dale Smallwood

Mr. Terry Dale Smallwood, age 62 of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Sunday, July 11, 2021. He was born October 9, 1958 in Bremen, Georgia, the son of the late Mr. Adell H. Smallwood and the late Mrs. Christine Vaughn Smallwood. Mr. Smallwood was a truck driver for Republic Services for many years. He loved fishing, camping and riding his motorcycle. Mr. Smallwood was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers, John "Penny" Capps, Michael "Mike" Smallwood, James "Pete" Smallwood; sister, Beverly Ann Capps. Mr. Smallwood is survived by his wife of 22 years, Mrs. Lois Smith Smallwood of Douglasville, Georgia; daughter and son-in-law, Mandi and Aaron Aguilar of El Paso, Texas; sons, Josh Smallwood of Dallas, Georgia, Keelan Smallwood of Anniston, Alabama; four stepchildren, Donald, Dean, Kristy, Michelle; sister, Vickie Smallwood Payne of Hoschton, Georgia; brothers and sisters-in-laws, Jimmy and Linda Capps of Carrollton, Georgia, Garland and Jackie Capps of Lithia Springs, Georgia; four grandchildren, Skyler, Noah, Tori, Jace; numerous nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Douglasville Friday, July 16, 2021 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, July 16, 2021 at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Douglasville with Bro. Jackie Brooks officiating.
