Terry Hite

Terry Hite, 63, of Lithia Springs passed away on Friday December 8, 2023. Born July 3, 1960, in Atlanta, Georgia, daughter of the late E.B. and Agnes Hite.

 In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Billy Hite. Terry loved dogs, taking trips to the beach, Braves Baseball, and was a devoted Georgia Bulldogs Fan. She cherished the time she had with her family and friends. She is survived by husband Barry Myles of Lithia Springs; Daughter Casey Cathcart of Lithia Springs; Grandson Buddy Cathcart of Lithia Springs; sisters Diane Tidwell of Dawsonville, Darlene Martin of Temple, sister-in-law Margret Hite of Hampton, brothers-in-law Gene Myles, Frederick Roberson, sisters-in-law Fredricka Roberson, Lajuana Roberson, Regina Roberson all of Augusta and South Carolina, several nieces and nephews also survive. Family eulogy provided by Gene Myles. Serving as pallbearers will be Sam Bottoms, Jason Brown, James Hunt, Chris Mimbs, Gene Myles, JC Strickland, and Thomas Whittaker.

The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville on Thursday, December 14, 2023 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The funeral service will take place on Friday, December 15, 2023 at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville. The interment will follow at Mozley Memorial Gardens in Lithia Springs.
