Terry Lee Williams, Sr.

Mr. Terry Lee Williams, Sr., 51, of King Drive, Douglasville, Georgia passed away Friday, September 15, 2006 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born May 30, 1955 in Fulton County, Georgia, the son of the late Mr. Alvin Williams and the late Mrs. Betty Jean Pearson Williams. Mr. Williams was a mechanic and truck driver. In addition to his parents, Mr. Williams was preceded in death by one son, Christopher Williams and one brother, Gene Williams. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Melinda Payne Williams of Douglasville; one daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Randy Roberson of Villa Rica; sons and daughters-in-law, Terry Lee, Jr. and Stacy Williams of Dallas, Joe and Crissie Kelley of Villa Rica and Kevin and Jaime Sample of Smyrna; brothers and sister-in-law, Tony Williams of Villa Rica and Gene and Doris Samples of Smyrna; 8 grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, September 19, 2006 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Wyatt and Mrs. Doris Samples officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Kevin Samples, Paul Eason, Russell Bond, Mike Basham, Randy Osborne, Mike Ramsey and Randy Roberson. Interment will follow in Riverview Memorial Park in Smyrna, Georgia. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Monday, September 18, 2006 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
