Terry Steven George

Terry Steven George, 44, of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at his residence. Mr. George was born November 24, 1963 in Douglas County, Georgia; the son of Oscar Steven George and the late Dorothy Malone Smith. Mr. George worked for the Atlanta Journal- Constitution for several years. He was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by grandmother, Elsie W. George; and grandfathers, Joseph F. Malone and Harvey L. George. Survivors include his father, Oscar Steven George of Villa Rica; son, Jeffery Steven George of Villa Rica; sisters, Karen Fielding of Cedartown, and Angie Horsley of Villa Rica; grandmother, Geneva K. Malone; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, May 3, 2008 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Ministers Billy Ray Cleveland and Jay Bice officiating. Interment will follow at Melrose Hills Memorial Park in Villa Rica. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica on Friday, May 2, 2008 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
