Mrs. Thelma Williams Rice Foster, age 90, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2012. She was born November 24, 1921 in Canton, Georgia the daughter of the late Mr. Franklin Williams and the late Mrs. Pansy Bailey Williams. She was a member of Beulah Baptist Church in Douglasville and she worked as a bookkeeper. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, James Walter Rice, Jr.; second husband, Adam R. Foster; and sister, Jewel Williams Ledford. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sara âSallyâ R. and Michael L. Hunt of Douglasville; one grandson, Louis R. Talley; one great-granddaughter, Brittany Talley; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel, Friday, July 27, 2012 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Saturday, July 28, 2012 from 11:30 AM until 12:30 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, July 28, 2012 at 2:00 PM from McEachern Memorial United Methodist Church with Dr. Wayne Bray officiating.
