Theresa Blaire Weaver

It is with deep sorrow and loving remembrance that we announce the passing of Theresa Blaire Burris Weaver, who departed this life on July 19, 2026, at the age of 39. Born on June 16, 1987, in Lithia Springs, Georgia to John "Huck" Burris and Sheila Burris. Blaire was a devoted daughter, cherished sister, caring mother, and treasured friend to many.

Blaire was someone who found joy in organizing, decorating and shopping. She enjoyed spending her free time playing softball, basketball and tennis, as well as boating out on the lake. She was known as a bubbly and upbeat person with a heart of gold. Blaire was very proud of her sobriety and loved sharing her story with others.

Through her roles as a mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and cousin, Blaire shaped a world of caring and compassion that will continue to touch all those who knew her. Her presence will be missed profoundly and remembered fondly.

She is survived by her beloved parents, John Burris and Sheila Burris; daughter, Ryanne Clinger, and sons, Grant Clinger, Braylon Weaver, and Jax Weaver Puckett; sister, Bree Hughes; brother, Brady Burris; nieces and nephews—Carson Hughes, Kennedy Hughes, Colton Burris, and Capree Burris; and eleven cousins.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Theresa’s life and legacy at Jones-Wynn - Douglas Chapel, located at 2189 Midway Road, Douglasville, GA 30135. A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026, beginning at 1:00 p.m. and will be followed by a memorial service at 2:00 p.m.

Theresa Blaire Weaver’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege to know her. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the love she so freely gave.
