Thomas Atcheson

Mr. Thomas Carroll Atcheson, age 77, of Dallas, passed away, Sunday, December 16, 2018. He was born March 22, 1941 in Atlanta, the son of the late Mr. Hubert Atcheson and the late Mrs. Jewel Wigley Atcheson. Mr. Atcheson worked as a millwright and machinist for many years. He loved hotrod cars, hunting, fishing, being outdoors in nature, going to the beach and being on the water. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Vicky Yearwood; granddaughter, Candice Atcheson; grandson, Jeremy Jones He is survived by his wife, Charlene White Atcheson of Dallas; daughters and sons-in-law, Amy and Carl Rodriguez of Dallas, Porsha Price of AL, Mona Willingham of Waco, Edie and Dale Dupree of Wedowee, AL, Christy Atcheson Jackson of Kennesaw, Cheryl and Craig Dycus of Dallas; sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas Atcheson, Jr. of Dallas, David and Delanie Atcheson of Wedowee, AL, Alan and Tracy Poor of Dallas; brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Janice Atcheson of Dallas; twenty five grandchildren; twenty six great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; two nieces; one nephew; six great nieces and nephews; two great-great nephews also survive. Memorial Services will be conducted Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 1:00 PM from Crossroads Church in Douglasville, Georgia. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.jones-wynn.com.
