Thomas Frazier

Mr. Thomas Samuel “Sam” Frazier, age 71, of Douglasville, passed Sunday, February 11, 2018. He was born August 20, 1946 in Atlanta the son of the late Mr. Thomas Peeples Frazier and the late Mrs. Jean Hyatt Frazier. Mr. Frazier worked as Sales Manager for Southeast Atlantic for many years. He enjoyed fishing, football, his church family and most of all his grandchildren. He was a member of Dorsett Shoals Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Emory Frazier of Douglasville; daughters and son-in-law, Shannon Edinger of Douglasville, Amanda and Andy Cooke of Douglasville; sisters and brother-in-law, Sandra Coffee of Smyrna, Catherine and Tommy Guyton of Cochran; three grandchildren, Kaylee Cooke, Kane Cooke, and Jackson Cooke; one niece and one nephew also survive. According to Mr. Frazier’s wishes he was cremated. A Memorial Service celebrating his life will be conducted Sunday, February 18, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Dorsett Shoals Baptist Church in Douglasville with Pastor Steve Smith and Dr. Joel Strawn officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requested contributions in Memory of Mr. Sam Frazier may be made to Dorsett Shoals Baptist Church, 5633 Dorsett Shoals Road, Douglasville, GA 30135.
