Thomas Fuller

Mr. Thomas “Ted” Fuller, age 72, of Douglasville, passed away, Wednesday, September 20, 2017. He was born March 18, 1945 in Dallas, Georgia the son of the late Mr. William Layfatte Fuller and the late Mrs. Ardie Mae Thomason Fuller. Mr. Fuller retired from Southern Pan Shoring after 30 plus years of service. He loved fishing, hunting, eating out with his friends on Friday nights, and camping at Lake Weiss over 20 years. He was a long time member of Gateway Baptist Church. He was a loving husband. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Ned Fuller, Hugh Fuller, Dean Fuller and Dennis Fuller.He is survived by his wife, Eva Hicks Fuller of Douglasville; sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Clemmons Strickland of Dallas; brothers and sisters-in-law, Aubrey and Inez Fuller of Dallas, Frank and Dorothy Fuller of Dallas; several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Friday, September 22, 2017 from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, September 22, 2017 at 3:00 PM from Gateway Baptist Church with Rev. Josh Agan, Rev. Jerry Hollis, Rev. Larry Argo, Rev. CT Warren and Rev. Greg Smith officiating. Eulogy will be provided by Mr. Kim Curl. Interment will follow at Melrose Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions be made to Thomas Ted Fuller Fund, c/o Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, 306 Westview Drive, Villa Rica, Georgia 30180.Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.jones-wynn.com.
