Thomas Lee "Buddy" Gordon,Jr.

Mr. Thomas Lee “Buddy” Gordon Jr. of Temple Georgia passed away on Tuesday June 6, 2006 at Tanner Medical Center in Villa Rica . He was born September 6, 1943 in Fulton County, Georgia. He was the son of the late Thomas Lee Gordon, Sr. and the late Katherine Staples Gordon. Mr. Gordon was a mechanic in the tractor trailer industry and worked for Sony Inc. in Carrollton Georgia. He was of the Baptist Faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Chris Wade Gordon. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mary Couch Gordon of Temple, and sons and daughters-in-law Tommy and Dana Gordon of Hoganville, and Ricky and Tammy Gordon of Florida, and daughter-in-law Tammy Gordon of Temple; 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, June 8, 2006 at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Villa Rica, Georgia with Rev. Jerold Gann officiating. Interment will follow at Consolation Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica on Wednesday, June 8, 2006 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
