Thomas Pierson Clarke

Thomas Clarke went to his heavenly home Wednesday, January 12, 2022, in Villa Rica, GA. He was born in Beaumont, TX, on October 25, 1938, to Clyde and Valeska Clarke. He graduated from South Park High School in Beaumont and served four years in the USAF. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Wesley and Jack, and survived by his wife, Patsy Clarke, Villa Rica; son, Rob Clarke; daughter, Patti Clarke; niece, Candice McCollom; nephew, Mark Clarke. Tom was employed by the National Weather Service and retired after 40 years of government service. He loved flying and had a private pilot's license. His great love was sports: coaching little league baseball and soccer; playing and coaching church league softball; and officiating in the Lake Region Football Association for 30 years. He also loved gardening, yard work, and woodworking. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Villa Rica. A memorial service and interment will be held at a later date in Mountain Home, AR.
