Mrs. Tiffany Painter Carter, age 32, of Powder Springs, passed away, Tuesday, October 5, 2021. She was born February 6, 1989 in Douglasville, GA the daughter of the late Mr. Clinton Terry Painter and Mrs. Angela Crutchfield New. Mrs. Carter was a certified nurse's assistant for many years.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandfather, William Crutchfield and grandfather, Wayne Painter.
She is survived by her husband, William Joseph Carter of Powder Springs; mother, Angela Crutchfield New of Lithia Springs; brother Anthony Painter of Millen; half-brother Clint Painter Jr. and wife Megan of Paulding County and step-brother Shawn New of Alabama; grandmothers, Sara Painter of Villa Rica and Vivian Crutchfield of Lithia Springs; father and mother-in-law, Randall and Diana Carter of Kennesaw; brother and sisters-in-law, Jessica Carter of Kennesaw and Brian and Lori Carter of South Carolina; two nieces, Olivia Carter and Marley Painter; nephews, Hunt Carter and Easton Painter; several extended family members also survive.
The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Saturday, October 9, 2021 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 4:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville.
