Mr. Timothy Scott Randolph, age 35, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Saturday, May 8, 2010 at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta. He was born September 9, 1974 in Cleveland, Tennessee. He worked as a general contractor for SMR Construction. He was an avid football fan of the University of Tennessee Volunteers. Scott was a sportsman enjoying golf and fishing. He was a devoted father to his only daughter. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Fred Chastain and his paternal grandfather, Clinton Randolph. He is survived by his daughter, Sophia Randolph of Douglasville, GA; father and stepmother, Timothy Ray and Isabella Randolph of Alpharetta, GA; mother and stepfather, Rebecca Jeanine Chastain Lipke and Bruce Lipke of Cleveland, TN; brother and sister-in-law, Corey and Tobi Randolph of Douglasville, GA; sister, Keisha Lipke of Cleveland, TN; stepsister, Nichole Sawchuk of Alpharetta, GA; stepbrother, Alex Sawchuk of Alpharetta, GA; maternal grandmother, Hettie Chastain of Cleveland, TN; paternal grandmother, Velma Randolph of Cleveland, TN; niece, Miyah; nephew, Mickail; several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at 1:00 PM from the Douglas Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. Robby Chastain officiating. Interment and Graveside Services will be Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Cleveland, TN with Pastor Earl Farris and Pastor Steve Gilbert. The following will serve as pallbearers: Bobby Chastain, Jeremy Chastain, Dustin Chastain, Gary Randolph, Charles Randolph, and Alexander Sawchuk. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel, Monday, May 10, 2010 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Scott Randolph may be made to the American Heart Association, National Center, 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75231.
