Tina Michelle Reid Cummings

Tina Michelle Reid Cummings, 39, Douglasville, passed away March 1, 2011. Tina was born April 26, 1971 in Atlanta, GA and was a lifelong resident of Douglasville. She was a member of Central Baptist Church, had a passion for animals and music, and spent most of her time with family and friends. She leaves daughters, Kaitlyn (14) and Madison Cummings (11); their father, Christopher Cummings: mother and father, Arnold and Sybil Reid; sister and brother in-law, Kym and Sid Deerman; niece, Whitney Handley; great-nephew, Ayden Handley; great-niece, Alyssa Handley; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Bennie and Corene Reid; and maternal grandparents, Horace and Rubye Cooper. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 5, at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglasville with Rev. Charles Gibbs officiating. Interment will follow at Central Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, March 4 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Tina may be made to Wells Fargo account number 5155604514.
