Tommy Watts

Mr. Tommy Fred Watts, 57, of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2018. A native of Douglasville, Georgia, he was born October 10, 1960, the son of Mrs. Sarah Lee York of Douglasville and the late Mr. William Charles Watts, Sr. He worked as a State Park Ranger for the State of Georgia. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved working in his garden. He was a member of Heritage Baptist Church in Douglasville. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Cynthia Gay Watts. He is survived by one daughter, Jennifer Watts of Carrollton; his mother, Sarah Lee York of Douglasville; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Ann and James Priest of Douglasville, Wanda and Donnie Holder of Temple, Earnestine and Paul Adams of Douglasville, and Shirley Head of Hiram; brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Susan Watts of Douglasville; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Friday, April 13, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Dr. Jonathan Gray officiating. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Douglasville. The following will serve as pallbearers: Ben Watts, Matt Patterson, Hayden Davis, Jimmy Priest, Joe Cogdill, and Jim Davis.
