Toni Teresa Herring

Toni Teresa Williams Herring, 71, of Villa Rica, passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. She was born on May 31, 1954, the daughter of the late Hubert Edwards Williams and the late Bernice Rainwater Summerville.

Toni graduated from Villa Rica High School in 1972 and later began a career in banking. She was employed with Carrollton Federal in Villa Rica and in Douglasville. Her hobbies included needlepoint and cross-stitching.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Herring.

She is survived by her daughter Pamela Suzanne “Susie” Hitchcock of Stone Mountain; sisters and brother-in-law, Angie W. Garmon of Lithia Springs, and Sherry and Tom Foreman of Villa Rica; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

In accordance with her wishes, she was cremated. The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
