Tracey Lee Pawley, 58, of Carrollton, passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2024. She was born on April 18, 1966, the daughter of the late Bobby Hugh Ferguson and the late Connie Priscilla Lane Ferguson.
She was known for her compassionate nature and unwavering love for her family and friends. Tracey embraced her role as "Bee" to her grandchildren with unparalleled grace and devotion. Her selflessness extended beyond her family circle as she found fulfillment in serving others and making a difference in their lives. Throughout her life, Tracey's warm spirit touched the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. She found joy in the simple things - from the magic at Christmas time to the serenity of days spent at the beach. Some of her greatest happiness stemmed from attending her grandchildren's games and school activities, cherishing every moment.
Tracey was deeply involved in her church and passionate about serving others through the ministry at Midway. Her dedication and commitment resonated with all those around her, leaving an indelible mark on those whose lives she touched.
She is survived by her husband, Darrell Anthony Pawley; daughters and sons-in-law, April (Brian) Preston of Carrollton and Amy (Michael) Collins of Villa Rica; brothers and sisters-in-law, Monty (Shannon) Ferguson of Douglasville and Chris (Tamara) Ferguson of Dallas; four grandchildren, McKenna Preston, Mia Preston, Presley Collins, and Noah Collins; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Midway Church. A Celebration of Life service will be conducted on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at 4:00 PM at Midway Church, 1 Midway Church Drive, Villa Rica, GA, with Mr. Tracy McDaniel and Pastor Kevin Rivers officiating. Interment will follow at West Georgia Memorial Park.
