Vernon Marl Nason

Vernon Marl Nason, 73 years of age, passed away February 17, 2022 due to a long battle with kidney disease. He was born and raised in Fayette, Alabama and loved growing up there. He was an avid Alabama football fan and master fisherman. He loved his family and friends. Vernon is survived by his wife Beckie Nason; daughter Marlo Brown of Alpharetta, son-in-law Collin, granddaughter Alia; Stepson Clay Phipps of Villa Rica, daughter-in-law Heather, grandsons Oliver and Atticus; and Stepson Gary Phipps of Las Vegas and daughter-in-law Renee. Vernon was a member of Ephesus Baptist Church in Winston, Ga and loved being a part of his LifeGroup there. He will be missed by many. Rest in peace, Vernon. We love you.
