Virginia Ann Phillips

Mrs. Virginia Ann Phillips, age 76 of Carrollton, Georgia passed away Saturday, November 9, 2019. She was born November 5, 1942 in Villa Rica, Georgia, the daughter of the late Mr. Joseph Hope McMichen and the late Mrs. Ruby Carolyn Busby. Mrs. Phillips was a member of Cowan Mill Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Michael Phillips. Mrs. Phillips is survived by her son, Michael Dobbs of Villa Rica, Georgia; uncle and aunt, Tom and Judy McMichen of Norcross, Georgia; three grandchildren, Sean, Cory and Garrett Dobbs of Villa Rica. According to Mrs. Phillips wishes she was cremated. Services will be conducted at a later date from Cowan Mill Baptist Church. Messages of condolences may be sent to the family at www.jones-wynn.com.
