Virginia Elizabeth O'Neal Turner

Mrs. Virginia O'Neal Turner, age 78 of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Friday, July 30, 2021. She was born January 20, 1943 in Panama City, Florida, the daughter of the late M. Russell Aubrey O'Neal, Jr. and the late Mrs. Emma Hardin O'Neal. She was retired from Melvin Roos Corporation. She loved everyone, crafts, horses, playing bingo and painting. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Patrick Jeffers. Mrs. Turner is survived by her husband of 38 years, Mr. Neil Turner of Villa Rica, Georgia; brothers, Russell A. O'Neal III of Lake Placid, Florida, Patrick O'Neal of Carrollton, Georgia; four grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Villa Rica Tuesday, August 3, 2021 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Memorial Services will be conducted Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Villa Rica with Rev. Barry Thompson officiating.
