Virginia Lee "Jenny" Cress

Mrs. Virginia Lee Cress, age 82, of Lithia Springs, Georgia was reunited with her husband, Leon, in heaven on Wednesday, July 14, 2010. After a brief struggle with cancer she is now free of pain and in a much better place. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Pam Cress; granddaughters, Hayley and Ashley; her “Big” dog, Lucky; and many nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 15, 2010 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel. Funeral Services will be held Friday, July 16, 2010 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville with Rev. Mike Sinyard and Dr. Marion Beaver officiating. Interment will follow at College Park Cemetery.
