Vivien Wade

Mrs. Vivien Tilghman Wade, 92, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Saturday, August 18, 2018. She was born in Lenoir County, North Carolina the daughter of the late Mr. Kenneth W. Tilghman and the late Mrs. Bertie Williams Tilghman. She married James Lee Wade on January 13, 1946 in Graingers, North Carolina. She was a homemaker and a member of the Presbyterian Faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Lee Wade; and her twelve siblings. She is survived by her three children, Darryl and Sherry Wade of Charleston, SC, Glenda Allen and Roslyn Wade both of Douglasville, GA; her brother, Bill Tilghman of Kinston, NC; two grandchildren, Jeffrey and Elizabeth Lavallee of Land O’Lakes, FL and Madison Wade of Charleston, SC; two great-grandchildren, Matthew Lavallee and Sam Lavallee both of Land O’Lakes, FL; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
