Walter Donald "Donny" Wallace

Mr. Walter Donald Wallace, age 71, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2020. He was born in Austell, Georgia, the son of the late Mr. Charlie Quillian Wallace and the late Mrs. Martha Carrie Emily Pass Wallace. He worked as a truck driver and retired from Winn-Dixie. Mr. Wallace liked to spend time fishing, hunting, camping and riding four-wheelers, anything outdoors. He had a great sense of humor and loved to joke around. He was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Emily Charlene Bryant and brother-in-law, Thomas Bryant. Mr. Wallace is survived by his sisters and brothers-in-law, Jane and Edwin Leroy Bryant of Dallas and Brenda and Jaime Pinal of Villa Rica; nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Bryant and April Westbrook, both of Shady Dale, Georgia, Leronda Bryant of Yorkville, Edwin and Tonya Bryant of Sharpsburg, Daydra and Bruce Ketchum of Yorkville and Donald and Tammy Adams of Yorkville; and many more nieces and nephews, cousins and extended family also survive. According to Mr. Wallace's wishes, he will be cremated. A celebration of life gathering will be held at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Douglasville, Saturday, February 15, 2020 from 2:00PM until 4:00PM.
