Wanda Leverette Watts Mrs. Wanda Leverette Watts, age 54, of Carrollton passed away Sunday, August 21, 2011. She was born December 1, 1956 in Atlanta the daughter of the late Mr. Robert Melton Leverette and the late Mrs. Gatha Barrett Leverette. She worked as a paraprofessional at Sand Hill Elementary from 1985 until 1995. Mrs. Watts was a member of Midway Macedonia Baptist Church where she was active in the WMU and Collins Life Group. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, playing scrabble, listening to gospel music, traveling, working crossword puzzles, was the provider of family information and dedicated prayer warrior. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her nieces Ashley Samples and Kasey McGinnis. She is survived by her husband, Richard Watts of Carrollton; son and daughter-in-law, Adam and Misty Watts of Carrollton; daughter and son-in-law, Abbie and John Jackson of Douglasville; sister, Donna Leverette of Stone Mountain; mother, Geneva Ledford Leverette of Douglasville; grandchildren, Ally Jackson, Maya Watts, Drew Jackson, Maverick Watts; nieces and nephews, Kris Chaffins, Nikki Musci, Jim Watson, Chad Samples, Cody Chaffins, Tyler Watts, Jake Watts, Hannah Watts; great-nieces and nephews, Thorpe Musci, Gianna Musci, Eva Musci, Thomas Watson, Lily Watson, Avery McGinnis, Olivia Samples and Carson Samples. Celebration of Life Service will be conducted Thursday, August 25, 2011 at 6:00 PM from the chapel of Midway Macedonia Baptist Church in Villa Rica with Todd Wright officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until the service hour.
