Wendy Anne Dickie Newsome

Mrs. Wendy Anne Dickie Newsome, 37, of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2007 at her residence. She was born April 8, 1969 in Anniston, Alabama the daughter of Mr. Robert Allen Dickie and Mrs. Glenda Burke Sawyer. She was a member of Clearview Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Marty Newsome of Villa Rica; two daughters, Farah Stubblefield and Tiffany Stubblefield both of Villa Rica; her mother, Glenda Burke Sawyer of Douglasville; her father, Robert Allen Dickie of Anniston, AL; two sisters and brother-in-law, Sajuan Dickie Wilbanks of Douglasville and Andrea and Michael Thompson of Douglasville; her grandmother, Willodeen Burke of Anniston, AL; her aunt, Ina Gail Borders of Douglasville; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Monday, April 9, 2007 at 1:00 PM from the Douglas Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. Donnie Chandler and Rev. Robert Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Mozley Memorial Gardens in Lithia Springs. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, April 9, 2007 from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour.
