Bill F. Albertson, Sr.

William F. Albertson, Sr., 91, passed away peacefully on December 18, 2025. He was born on December 23, 1933, in Lithia Springs, Georgia. A loving husband, devoted father, and proud grandfather, Bill leaves behind an enduring legacy of love and dedication that will be cherished by family and friends.

For many years, Bill owned and operated A&B Sales a well-known local furniture store in Mableton, Georgia. His work ethic and personable nature made him a respected figure in the business. Beyond his professional life, he proudly served in the United States Air Force, embodying the values of service and sacrifice for his country.

Bill was a longtime member of Ephesus Baptist Church, where he not only worshipped but also contributed to his community. His involvement in the Masonic and Shriner organizations reflected his commitment to helping others and supporting charitable causes.

Family was at the heart of Bill’s life. He was deeply devoted to his beloved wife, June Daniell Albertson, with whom he shared 74 wonderful years of marriage. Together they raised three sons: William and Rebecca Albertson of Winston, GA, Brian and Wanda Albertson of Hickory Level, GA., and Jeffrey and Jennifer Albertson of Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Bill's pride extended to his grandchildren—Sally, Jennifer, Jason, Daniell, Randell, Emily, Jeffrey, June, Faith, and Kasey—as well as his ten great-grandchildren, all of whom brought him immense joy.

Bill is also remembered by his many nieces and nephews, who will carry forth his spirit and teachings. He will forever be missed by those who loved him dearly.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry Charles and Dollie Husky Albertson, and his siblings, Hoyt, Jewell, Earl, Bobby, Hazel, Betty and Bonnie.

The family will receive friends at Ephesus Baptist Church on December 22, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, The funeral service will be conducted at 12:00PM at Ephesus Baptist Church with Dr. Billy Godwin officiating. Interment will follow at Ephesus Baptist Church cemetery with the following grandsons serving as pallbearers, Daniell, Randell, Jason, Trenton, Tex, Trey, Jeffrey, Kasey.
