William B. Blalock

William Boyd Blalock Mr. William “Bill” Boyd Blalock, age 68, of Temple, Georgia passed away Friday, February 04, 2011. He was born October 19, 1942 in Anderson, SC the son of the late Mr. Jack Blalock and the late Mrs. Myrtice Margaret Grandberry Blalock. He worked as a grocery store manager for A&P for many years. Mr. Blalock was a member of the American Legion # 70 in Villa Rica, serving as Vice Commander and a member of the Villa Rica Lodge # 72 F & A M. Mr. Blalock is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Rena and Matthew Roretz of Hampton; son and daughter-in-law, William Steven and Stephanie Blalock of Lula; step-son Carl Godsey of Temple; sister Dot Blalock of Ft. Lauderdale, FL.; two grandchildren, Flynn and Hannah. Funeral Services will be conducted Monday, February 7, 2011 at 3:00 PM from the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica Monday, February 7, 2011 from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
