William Jesse Johnson, Jr.

William Jesse Johnson, Jr., 75, of Temple, Georgia passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023. He was born on July 29, 1947. He is the son of the late William Jesse Johnson, Sr. and the late Virginia Evans Johnson.

Mr. Johnson loved watching cowboy shows on T.V every day with his precious wife. He enjoyed spending time with his grandkids. Mr. Johnson loved to eat good Southern cooking, especially biscuits and creamed potatoes.

Mr. Johnson is survived by his loving wife, Rebecca Naranjo Johnson; daughter and son in law, Patricia and Walter Betit of Stuart, Florida; brother and sister in law, Phil and Redonia Johnson; sisters and brothers in law, Angela and Glenn Smith of Carrollton, Georgia, Cheryl Johnson of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Candy and Glenn Rainwater of Acworth, Georgia; sister in law and brother in law, Kim and Joe Jenett of Lake Orion, Michigan; granddaughter Meghan Kinzie, her husband Michael Kinzie, and their children, Brennen, Alaina, and Brielle of Stuart Florida; grandson, Jeremy Smith of Nashville, Tennessee; granddaughter, Lauren Ware, her husband Ryan Ware, and their children, Willow and Olivia of Hobe Sound, Florida; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Villa Rica Chapel. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Villa Rica Chapel. Dr. Billy Godwin will be officiating. Interment will follow at Beulah Baptist Church.
