William Murphy, II

William Arthur Murphy, II, age 74, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2012. He was born October 23, 1938 in Hamilton, Ohio the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Arthur Murphy. He served in the U.S. Air Force during Vietnam. He worked as a Research Chemist for the Cosmetics Industry. He was a naturalist at Sweetwater State Park. He is survived by his wife, Rita Edwards Echols of Douglasville; sons, John Murphy, Timothy L. Murphy and Robert Echols; stepdaughters, Alicia Putnam and Kim Obermeyer; six grandchildren.
