William Richardson

Mr. William "Bill" Guy Richardson, age 68, of Villa Rica, passed away, Thursday, June 1, 2017. He was born November 19, 1948 in Villa Rica the son of the late Mr. Young D. Richardson and the late Mrs. Louise Pope Richardson. Mr. Richardson served in the United States Army during Vietnam. He loved his family and playing his guitar. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Ann Dean. He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Vicky McGathy of Bremen, Kelly and Chris Towe of Douglasville, Jennifer and Allen Griffin of Temple; sister and brother-in-law, Gayle and Larry Brown of Douglasville; brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Wanda Richardson of Waleska; brother-in-law, Jerry Dean of Villa Rica; three grandchildren, Chason McGathy, Emily Towe, Preston Griffin; several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Tuesday, June 6, 2017 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Memorial Services will be conducted Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home.
