William Frank Rowe

William Frank Rowe, 84, of Carrollton, passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2025. He was born on December 12, 1940, the son of the late Billy Sharp Rowe and the late Helen Mae Lee Rowe.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughters, Andrea Rowe and Wendy Johnson; sister, Mary Helen Shadrix.

He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Ann and Jim; daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Keith Miller; grandchildren, Mindy and T.J. Moats, C.T. Johnson, Cierra Johnson and Kristian Johnson; one great-grandchild; nephews, Chuck Shadrix and Caleb Butler; several great nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Center Point Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Ricky Shadrix officiating.
